In December of 2017, Laura Moylan graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder College of Music with a Doctorate in Musical Arts (DMA). To achieve the DMA, Laura performed two solo recitals, performed in two chamber ensemble recitals, and wrote and presented two research papers. The most common theme in these projects was Laura’s love of French composers, particularly Gabriel Fauré and Louis Aubert. Dr. Laura Moylan is excited to continue to develop as a pianist and teacher, using the skills and experiences from her doctorate to both develop her abilities as a pianist and to help develop the abilities of her students.
